For those who don't know, each year for Pennsic I (with some help) produce a flyer that's made available free (while supplies last) at Pennsic. This has class listings (both official classes and non-official classes), a performance calender and an event calender (haflas, informal performances and parties that cater to those whose interests in the SCA lay in the Near or Middle East).

If you know that your group is having an event that you want listed on the calender, please let me know so that I can include it!

Because Tribe is a pain these days, please send me the information through tribe and to my yahoo email ( teinenishea@yahoo.com ), so that I can include it. I will need Name of host or hosting group, date and time, location (block number and camp name if its not at official place like the ME tent), brief description and other information as necessary.

I'm sure there's a cutoff date for online submissions, but I don't know when it is. That date is usually the same as the cutoff for the Haberci, but I'll let Basina choose that date since she's the one who prints it. If I hear of a pre-war cutoff, I'll let you know.

There is time yet! I really wont start putting this together until July, so no worries! If you have classes that you want listed, please send me all the info to teinenishea@yahoo.com with Haberci in the subject line (that part is VERY important). Give whatever info that you would as if it were for an official submission.

Ideally, Haberci will be print and PDF (for online digital distribution) ready a week before War begins.
