Hi,
Does anyone know when the ME dance expo will take place this year?
Thanks

The calender is live now, and the Expo is indeed in its traditional spot.

When/where is the sign-up for it usually? I have never danced in the show, so am not really sure on the details of this. . .

what calendar??? I'm looking down my nose as I wash my hands of the "official scheduler" whom I have never even had a reply from concerning the folkloric show.
thank goodness for Christina who will take us into the ME tent, which will be more periodish than the ampitheatre or PA tent anyway!

The calender on the Pennsic site went live the day I posted that ;-)

Anthea, get me full info for the folkloric show and I will make sure it gets into Haberci!

As I look at the Performing Arts tent schedule, there's no folkloric show on it. You are welcome to use the ME tent on a free night or have you tried the ampitheater? All I see there is Known World Players rehearsal at 3:00 every day.

I find it really odd that the *one* ME dance show attempting to be as period and historic as possible is the *one* that doesn't get stage time. Inneresting. Not that I don't enjoy the other dance shows, 'cause I do, but you'd think that the Powers That Be who love to snark on the "fringe" element of the SCA known as the ME community would heartily embrace the idea of an all-folkloric show.
